Jamaican roots reggae legend Burning Spear (Winston Rodney) was born in St. Ann's Bay, the same town as Marcus Garvey, whose name and pan-African philosophy he has carried on stage for 50+ years. Cult album Marcus Garvey (1975), dub Garvey's Ghost. Gravelly voice, Rasta conscious message.
